The pilot project KARKASYS in Alicante

This spring, a project to build a residential building with 5 apartments started in Alicante, which will be the first building fully realized using the technologies of the KARKASYS system.

The building with an area of 484 m² includes 3 floors and will be assembled from modular elements: facade panels PanelKIT, load-bearing frames CoreFRAME, floor slabs FloorKIT, window and door frames ThermoFRAME, as well as UHPC panels PanelCORE. All connections are made using nodes FixKIT.

The project demonstrates the advantages of the system — energy efficiency (class “A”), high accuracy of assembly, reduced construction times, and durability of structures. This house will be an indicator of how KARKASYS brings together patented technologies into a unified architectural ecosystem.
