License Granting Terms
1. Legal Basis
• All licenses are granted based on an official licensing agreement.
• The agreement is registered with OEPM (Spain) and/or in international systems (PCT, WIPO), if necessary for the area of operation.
2. Regional and Project Ties
• A license may be issued for a specific region (e.g., an autonomous community in Spain, a country, or a group of countries).
• A project license is possible — the use of technology is limited to a specific construction project.
3. Financial Conditions
• Lump sum payment (fixed amount upon signing the agreement).
• Royalties — a percentage of the revenue or a fixed rate per m² of produced or installed structures.
• Minimum guaranteed payments (monthly or yearly).
4. Time Limitations
• The term of the license can range from 3 to 20 years, depending on the type of agreement.
• Possibility of extension with mutual consent.
5. Licensee Responsibilities
• Compliance with quality standards and technology KARKASYS.
• Reporting on production and sales.
• Use of brand names and logos in accordance with the brand book.
6. Support from KARKASYS
• Provision of documentation, instructions, and technical consultations.
• Possibility of staff training.
• Access to updates and new versions of technologies (depending on the type of license).
Technologies available for licensing
The KARKASYS system consists of a set of modules, each of which is patented and can be used as part of a complete platform or as a standalone solution. All technologies are available for licensing except for the basic thermal beam ThermoBEAM, which remains in our exclusive production.
ThermoPROFILE — thermally insulated structural profiles (P202530374).
PanelKIT — modular facade system (P202530411).
PanelCORE — two-layer UHPC panel with thermoframe (P202530385).
ThermoFRAME — load-bearing window and door frames (P202530376).
CoreFRAME — modular load-bearing frame with ThermoBEAM (P202430650).
FloorKIT — modular floor slab.
FixKIT — installation connections:
• VU-CONNECT (hidden connection “dove tail”)
• HOOK-BRACKET (suspension bracket)
• TELEBRACKET (telescopic bracket)
Previously patented panels:

• Parapet panel (ES306701).
Each of these technologies can be subject to separate or comprehensive licensing depending on the partner's tasks.

We offer flexible licensing models — from regionally and temporally limited to full coverage, which includes production, assembly, and use. Each license comes with technical documentation, drawings, and support for quick implementation into the actual construction process.
Types of Licenses
We offer flexible licensing models that allow partners to choose the optimal cooperation format depending on their tasks, region, and production volumes.
By Volume of Rights
• Full license — includes production, assembly, and use of the technology.
• Partial license — limited to either production or assembly only.
• Combined license — customized solutions, for example, the use of
PanelKIT with local insulators or profiles.
By Territory
• Global — with no geographical limitations.
• Regional — limited to a country or group of countries.
• Local — tied to a specific region or enterprise.
By Duration
• Fixed-term — provided for a set period (for example, 5 years).
• Perpetual — not limited in time, provided that licensing obligations are met.
Each type of license can be tied to specific technologies of the KARKASYS system — from modular panels PanelKIT to connections FixKIT. This allows for flexible integration of solutions into existing manufacturing and construction processes.
