

KARKASYS — is a next-generation building system that combines thermally insulated structural components into a single technological platform, fully ready for assembly and installation.
The system is designed for industrial housing construction but easily adapts to individual projects and building renovations.
Key principles
• Modularity — all elements (posts, beams, and slabs, enclosing structures) have standardized sizes and interfaces.
• Function integration — each detail simultaneously performs structural, thermal insulation, and assembly functions.
• Industrialization — the production of all elements occurs at the factory, including insulation, embedded parts, and assembly nodes.
• Quick installation without welding and wet processes — the system is designed for on-site assembly without cement, bolted joints, and welding.

Flexibility of Application
• The system can be used as a whole, as a full module for the building, or
element by element, for example:
• Only facades PanelKIT — in reconstruction, in buildings with reinforced concrete frames
• Only door frames ThermoFRAME — in buildings with reinforced concrete frames, in frame houses
• Only floors FloorKIT — when replacing slabs in panel houses.

• Heat transfer coefficient: U ≤ 0.20 W/m²·K.

Installation
• The connection of elements is carried out through:
• VU-CONNECT — concealed wedge lock (in the CoreFrame structure),
• HOOK-BRACKET / TELEBRACKET — when installed in a concrete structure.
