Modular facade system of the new generation


PanelKIT — is a patented facade system based on the principle of panel set: an assembled structural frame that can be insulated, finished, and installed without the need for one's own high-tech manufacturing. The system is oriented towards decentralized production, scalability, and integration with any architectural environment.

Structural System


PanelKIT consists of the following elements:

• Thermal Beams: steel closed profile with thermal cutouts (“blinds”), internal reinforcement and filled with rigid polyurethane foam. They provide load-bearing capacity, thermal and sound insulation, including corner elements that form the external and internal angles of the building facade.

• Thermal Profiles: perforated metal elements with thermal breaks that increase rigidity and reduce thermal conductivity.

• Ready-Made Frames (windows and doors): integrate into the framework without disrupting the thermal insulation contour.

• Installation Connections: corner elements, concealed locks, adjustable brackets HOOK-BRACKET and TELEBRACKET.

Production Model


PanelKIT uses a two-step approach:

1. Centralized production of thermally insulated elements and precision framework;

2. Local assembly: insulation, finishing, and installation — in the workshop or on the construction site.

Delivery formats


• In assembled form (ready frame);

• In flat packaging (flat pack) — for transportation and assembly on site;

• Individual sizes and placement of embedded parts as per the project.

Installation and connections


• Suspended installation: using an adjustable bracket HOOK-BRACKET (anchored to the top slab);

• Interfloor installation: using a telescopic bracket TELEBRACKET;

• In the CoreFRAME system: using a tongue-and-groove connection, where the grooves are formed in the upper and lower edge of the panel, and the tongue is the load-bearing beam of the building frame.

• Without welding, wet processes, and heavy equipment.
