Integrated load-bearing and thermal insulation beam
ThermoBEAM is a patented structural beam designed for use in modular construction, where rigidity, thermal insulation, and quick assembly are particularly important. The beam is a closed steel profile with thermal perforations arranged in a checkerboard pattern (in the form of “blinds”), the internal cavity of which is filled with rigid high-density polyurethane foam (PUR) after assembly.

Key features:
• Load capacity:
The configurable internal reinforcement system allows adapting the beam to design loads.
• Thermal insulation:
The continuous layer of polyurethane foam eliminates thermal bridges throughout the thickness of the beam.
• Sound insulation:
The combination of perforated steel walls and a polyurethane core enhances acoustic comfort.
• Multifunctionality:
ThermoBEAM is used in building frames, facade panels, and in window and door units.
• Industrial production:
Scalable technology with the ability to change the cross-section and length of the beam to meet project needs.
Advantages ThermoBEAM
• Comprehensive 4-in-1 solution: load-bearing structure + thermal insulation + sound insulation
+ ease of assembly;
• Does not require additional layers of insulation;
• Lightweight construction — less weight, simpler logistics;
• Full compatibility with other system modules KARKASYS:
PanelKIT, PanelCORE, ThermoFRAME and others.
