High-efficiency thermal-insulated structural profiles
ThermoPROFILE is an innovative metal profile designed to enhance energy efficiency and the stiffness of light steel frame structures (LSTK). Unlike traditional cold-formed profiles, ThermoPROFILE is equipped with perforated side walls (in a checkerboard pattern, like "blinds"), the inner cavity of which is filled with rigid polyurethane foam (PUF). This structural solution increases the effective section modulus while maintaining lightness and minimal steel thickness.
